 Subject: APC white face gauge install?

dudes and duddettes,
i just got my APC white face gauge for my 2000 Dodge Dakota today and i'm ready to install it. is there any easy way to do it? any help is coool........

With the engine cold turn key forward to accessory see where the needles are pointed, now make a drawing so you dont forget this. remove the trim cover, remove the guage cluster, with steering wheel down all the way. unplug cluster, remove clear cover, CAREFULLY remove needles,and needle stops.. Now heat up stock face with hairdryer. This helps loosen adhesive. now pull it off slowly. remove excess adhesive, TRIAL fit new face. peel backing and install, smooth out surface with soft clean cloth, Install in truck, plug it in, set in dash temporarily, turn key forward again, install needles per drwng. If you are sure you have this correct, remove cluster again, install clear cover and make sure it is clean. Now would be a good time to windex both sides. Reinstall in truck in reverse mannor.
