Bummer...installed the new (Custom 7-Rib 10#) pulley on the Powerdyne and BOOM. 2 miles down the road and the blower locked up. (Bearing failure due to excessive impeller speed.)
No dyno testing or any testing will be done anytime in the next week for me. :(
Blower will be removed and sent back to Powerdyne on Monday.

Update:
Well, got good news and bad news....
Good News: Turns out that the custom pulley spun itself too close to the case and locked up due to the heat from the friction. That's all that happened! :) I took the pulley off, cleaned up the case (and shaft) and reinstalled my old 9# pulley. She's back up and running and happy. (I had originally thought that the blower seized but this was also at 11:00pm on a wet evening with only a flashlight to check the blower...last night at the movie theatre.)
Bad news: The nice Blue Anodized Pulley is now ruined.
I spoke with ScottQ and i'm sending him my factory 6# pulley for tolerance/measurement specs. He's also sending me out a new (different size) pulley to replace the one that fried last night. (Thank You Scott.)
