Sorry, but that is called the build sheet from the factory.Only one is givin. all vehicles are different. I know you dont want to hear this but you are out of luck.

that envelope where your owners manual is.

What year is your truck ?
If it is a 2002 you can get a reasonable copy of your sticker the only thing that would be missing is the Vin and Von numbers. All you have to do is go to the Dodge web site and build or spec out your exact truck, At the end you can pull up a sticker for the vehicle you just build and then you can print that.
