I have a 97 clubcab V-6 I have lowered it 2/4
with sprins/blocks and have a drive line viberation not real bad , tell me what to do.

Are you using pinion angle shims? Some blocks (Chassis Tech) have the correct angle built in, most don't. You probably need a 2 degree shim, but you need to get under the truck when its on its springs are loaded to check the driveline. Check out AIM, Mancini Racing, etc for shims.
