 Subject: Removing windshield visor

The DAK I recently bought has a sunvisor over the windshield, what we in Virginny term a Bubba hat. I want to remove it thus requiring the repair of 12 small holes, each with an indentation. How much can I expect to spend if I have a shop do the whole thing? How much if I remove the visor, sand and bondo the holes myself? While I'm asking, how the hell do you remove these things? They're not like regular screw heads.
