 Subject: 94 3.9 v6, O/D goes out

I have a 94 Dak with 3.9 v6 and auto tranny w/overdrive. Everything works fine when COLD, but when the truck warms up, it will no longer shift INTO overdrive, stays in 3rd. It will stay in OD if already there, until I slow down, then it will downshift and not return to OD. Any clues?
