Message: hi, i'm new to this forum and just got a 2wd '98 ext cab dak. it's a measly 4 cyl and im using it as a daily driver. it's a great truck...but i would sure like a bit more power. i've done some reasearch and found out that it has about 120 horsepower. i was wondering what were the easiest and possibly cheapest ways of bumping that hp up a bit without comprimising gas mileage too much? i'm thinking custom intake, exhaust, maybe a gear ratio change? thanks for the help.
