I don't know much about cars so please help me. I just bought a 2000 v6 with 31,000 miles. First problem, sometimes when I shift the rpm's dont drop. I push in the clutch and let off the gas but the thing keeps revving (not higher but doesn't drop). Second problem, There is a wa wa wa wa sound that's getting noticably worse since I got the truck (3 weeks ago). When I push in the clutch, the sound goes away. Thanks for any help. I think I am going to have to shell out some cash to get this thing fixed. That sucks since I just payed $13,000 for the truck. Stupid dealers are supposed to fix this stuff before the resell the thing. I have no warranty from the dealer because it is still under factory warranty.

I would take it in, but like I said the first problem only happens some of the time. With my luck It wouldn't do it when i bring it in. The second problem has something to do with the clutch and I know they aren't going to fix that.
