Number one, as Tiger said, what is wrong with it?
Number two, Try a dodge Dealership, if they don't have one, any transmission shop should be able to rebuild the old one, but make sure they have a written warranty and keep your receipt...

Good luck finding another OD transmission I live in Ontario Canada and I droped the tranny out of my 88 2wd 3.9 dak and could only find one used OD transmission for $1000.00 and that's not even being rebuilt. the local tranny shops said they couldn't help either. I had a 727 lying around my shop so i put that in. hope you have better luck than I did. Bye the way truck runs great with the 727 with a shift kit.
