 Subject: Beer Budget brake upgrade

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone has a copy of Dan's Beer budget big brake upgrade handy? Can't seem to find the complete article anywhere!
I have a '99 Dakota 4x4 in need of the brake upgrade due to badly worn slides. Am I correct in getting 2003 Dakota or Durango knuckles, a set of 03 Dakota or Durango calipers, brackets & rotors as long as they are all from the same model vehicle ( ie. not mixing Dakota calipers w/ Durango rotors), new brake hoses for the 03 Dakota, new m10x1 Banjo bolts, and 16" wheels. How about the tie rod ends, would they need to be upgraded to 03 ones?

Knuckles
Rotors
Calipers
From donor truck (03 Durango or 04 Dakota/maybe some
03s)
Ball joints, tie rods, bearing/hubs, CV axles are
all interchangeable
The key is all in the knuckle which allows for the
dual piston calipers, and the bigger rotors, and
also has a better dust shield.
Banjo bolts from the donor should work with existing
hoses.
This is all from memory so could be full of flaws
