Message: I have a 2004 4.7L Quad Cab with tow package that is overheating. It has 195 000 kms and I have been told it is the head gasket. I have been adding Irontite Coolant Sealer every summer since 2014 that has basically kept it from overheating until now. My questions is would it be worth it to spend the money and replace the head gasket on an almost 14 year old truck with 195000kms?
