 Subject: 04 dakota stutter/jerk

I have a 3.9 5speed 4x4 that hesitates/jerks if I try and
accelerate hard. Also she will cranks and runs well but after
about 30 miles of driving she starts to idle rough and shakes
when at a stop. Any help would be appreciated.

I forgot to mention that I've recently replaces the TPS and
MAP sensors.
