Message:
My ac clutch kicks 99 and cycles properly,
the pressures fluctuate normally and just
changed out the condenser and orifice
tube. The ac lines are both hot as hell
and it barely takes any free on the air
coming out of the vents is barely colder
than ambient temp also the cruise stopped
working. Thinking maybe a vaccine lune
problem? Also that canister on the
passenger side by the firewall doesn't
condensate like it does in most vehicles.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

What? What are the pressures like when the compressor is
engaged? Something is seriously wrong if both lines are hot.

Numbers? The suction side, depending on ambient
temperature should be around 35 to 45 psi. The discharge
around 150psi. With the AC set to max and blower on high, the
compressor should not cycle off and on unless the charge is
too high or too low. Do you have any icing anywhere on the
system when the compressor is engaged?

No icing anywhere and I don't have the
gages to check the high side right now. I
was using the gages from auto zone that
cane with the ac pro and I heard they're
not that accurate but on max ac on full
blast the clutch doesn't continually cycle

You need gauges at the very least to charge the system. If you
changed the condenser and orifice tube, you should also have
changed the drier and pulled a vacuum for at least a half hour.
If you did not you'll never get it to work properly.

With a vacuum pump. At this point, it will be useless to do so.
Anytime you open a sealed AC system you introduce moisture
by letting air into the system. So now, the whole system is
contaminated and should be flushed then vacuumed and
recharged. You'll have to buy a new orifice tube and drier
before you pull vacuum anyway. Otherwise it will be pointless
to do anything else.
