 Subject: which dakota should i keep?

I have a 2001 dodge dakota club cab 4.7L 2wd automatic slt.
With 143xxx miles, its in decent condition except the back
section of frame (about the last foot) is ate up with cancer from
clorine, and i have atleast 2 broken exhuast manifold bolts.
The other is a 1997 single cab 4wd dakota with a 5.2L with
130xxx miles. It needs ball joints pinion seals and maybe a
new ring and pinion. But iv had it for 5 years and have sank
some good money into it.
I have mixed decisions because of obvious size difference and
memories. Just trying to get some opinions from some people.
