 Subject: throttle body issues?????

Recently replaced my ecm in my 91 dodge dakota v8 When i
went to crank it my throttle body screw thingy clicks as if its
stuck,i unhooked my battery and screw thingy reset and i
was able to start truck for a sec before it died,so i hooked
old ecm up and it cranked right up with no problems....why
would throttle screw thingy click with new ecm in but not
old one???bad programing maybe?????plz i need help thank

If the old PCM works why change it? An yes, it could be the
programming of the new PCM
