 Subject: no air bloeing out vents

My 94 fan comes on with A/C or heater but doesn't come out the vents. Some comes out where defrost is and some comes out the bottom, not much. Please help

Check for an unplugged vacuum hose. I think it changes where it comes out by using vacuum to switch it over.
