 Subject: Thinking of selling

It kills me to say this but I'm thinking of selling my Dakota and wondered if there is anyone out there looking for a good start to build on? I just moved to the bay area and I'm now commuting 80-150 miles each day and don't want to run it into the ground doing freeway duty the rest of it's life.
My truck:
2002 Quad Cab 4x4-automatic w/3.55 gears
Assuming SLT (all badges removed by previous owner)
67K mi
Leather Interior

I bought it 2 yrs ago with 47K miles, I switched to AMS Oil in engine since just after purchase. Tranny and rear axle were replaced by dealer at 50K mi. Replaced plugs and air filter just after 60K, air filter is from AMS also, it's a 100K mi filter. I also just added the factory class IV receiver and wiring harness. Oh...and for Christmas it got a 3" cat back exhaust (w/mandrel bends) and a 24" Magnaflow muffler. Basically a Magnaflow system but it's all separate pieces, not the kit which comes with a smaller muffler.
It's basically stock other than that but does have aftermarket wheels and Hankook dynapro ATM tires (they're awesome tires by the way-beat BF Goodrich T/A's in tests) Haven't even cranked the T-bars yet...
$12K OBO. New Tranny has factory waranty (2 yrs left)
