I need ideas on a v8 swap from 92 and up Dakotas. I have a
1990 with a 4 cyl 5 speed. I want to put a v8 fuel injection or
throttle body with a five speed. Need to know how hard it is
and what I need!!!!

Get a Magnum 318 out of a Dakota along with the computer. You will need a bellhouse for a V6 5 speed (AX-15 trans) as it fits the 318 and your trans. Other than exhaust work and motor mounts it's pretty much just throwing in parts with minimal fabrication. That's the cheap way to do it.

I mounted the thinnest one i could find between the radiator and the AC condenser

I also took the dashboard for electronics, the tranny, t case, and had a driveshaft modified
other than that, like he said, its jsut a part swap extravaganza!

1990 sport RC SB, 1995 318drivetrain, 3.92 gears (came with truck) Powertrax "traction system", 95 dash/steering wheel, hearthrob exhaust, headers, cutout after y-pipe, necessary electric fan add-a-leafs, 30x9.5 mud tires, cranked T-bars, AR 39 15x8 rims, grill guard, roll bars
