Can you folks tell me where the fuse is for the 12 volt supply in dash on a 2000 Dakota? I'm pulling my hair out! TIA

Everything in the dash uses a 12V supply. Is the entire dash not working? That's many fuses, so if you could be a bit more specific, please, and state exactly what does not work.

Jason, thank you for the reply. It is only the 12 volt supply that is not working. Everything else on the truck works perfect. I hooked up a 12 volt refrigerator to the supply and it quit working like it blew a fuse but I can't find a fuse anywhere. I have checked every fuse in the left dash access and the under the hood fuse box. They are all okay.

Is there a fusable link or fuse holder under the dash?

Jason, when I say "hooked up" I mean plugged into the 12 volt supply socket next to the cigarette lighter.

Lighter socket power.
Open driver's side door.
On the left end of the dash you'll find a removable cover for a fuse block.
Find fuse 15 behind that cover.

OOPS! Got my wires crossed.
F15 is the lighter, not the power outlet.
I'll post again when I get the right answer for you.

OK The power outlet gets its power from fuse B in the Fuse & Relay Block.
Fuse & Relay Block is under the dash, behind the fuse panel that's at the left end of the dash.
The flasher unit is at one end, fuses A, B, C & D are at the other end. You'll probably have to remove the instrument panel cover that's below the steering wheel to get access. Turning on the flashers will give you a target sound for easier locating.
Good luck.

That did it!!! Thank you so much. The blinker noise was perfect for zeroing in, although once I saw them it was pretty obvious that they were there.
