 Subject: 89-90 convertible truck parts

I Am Hoping someone can help me with this, I am trying to locate a part for my 89 dodge dakota sport convertible. The part is discontinued as per Dodge. The pn# is 4549553 and its described as: Cap Left - W/convertible Stationary glass - W/convertible Stationary glass.
Its a small piece of injection molded rubber that covers up the point on the upper part of the door where the door frame was cut for the convertible top and is necessary to keep water from pouring in during a rain storm any help would be appreciated.

Looking for the metal trim piece that fits above the windshield ,
where the convertible top sits on. 1989 Dodge Dakota Sport
Convertible. Also the 2 end caps for the same molding. Also need a
front passenger side black plastic wheel opening molding. Any help

Have a 1990 Dakota Sport Convertible. Selling as a whole, or
will decide to part out, if enough parts are of interest.
Everything is good except no wiring harness. All electrical will
be tested and can send video to confirm that the part is
working prior to shipment. Have all manuals as well. New
shocks, transmission recently serviced with ATF+4 fluid, new
fuel injectors and spare fuel injectors, NOS Mopar Wires and
cap and rotors, A/C option, new rack and pinion. Original
wheels (only one cap though).

I recently purchased a 1990 Dodge Dakota
Convertible with the 4WD option. I failed my state
safety inspection due to holes in the frame on
both sides near the upper shock mount, etc. I took
it to a friend's body shop to repair the frame and
was told that I need a replacement frame. Does
anyone have a lead for one. Even aftermarket?

You should be able to use any frame from a
standard Dakota with the same wheelbase. I'm
not sure but I think all 1987-1996 Dakotas had
the same frame but I don't know if 2WD and 4WD
were different. They basically shipped a
complete Dakota to American Sunroof Company who
chopped the top, modified the doors (chopped
top and back side and installed different
windows), and installed the convertible top and
roll bar. I do think the front core support,
grill, hood, and wiring changed in 91 or 92 to
allow for the V8 engine but the frame itself
stayed the same I think.

Hi...I recently purchased 2 of these trucks and one
was almost put to death as a parts truck. I did
save it though but the prior owner removed all of
the convertible specific parts in order to convert a
later model Dakota into a convertible. If anyone
knows of a cab I can buy reasonably that has the
roll bar...glass and top bows I would love to hear
