Just wondering if anyone has AC issues with a similar truck (06 quad cab/4.7). The issue is no cold air. Air yes...slightly cool though. I thought my refrigerant may be low so I popped on a meter and it read full. Anything would be helpful..thank you

Heater stuck partially open/on.
Also you said full but how was the pressure?
Could also be a blocked orifice valve.

"full" is not a valid reading.
what is the low side reading and what is the high side reading.
One of those toy gauges at the parts store won't tell you squat.
You need a full set of manifold gauges just to star. $50 at harbor freight. Or pay someone who has 'em and knows how to use 'em.
