now i know that this question has been askd a thousand times but i dont feel like going through all the forms so im asking i have a good i dea what i need but i want to know more, ok so i have a 95 dakota wiht a crate 318, but now my fram i toast, so i picked up a 96 ram 3.9 5 speed, i want to drop in my 8, in the ram now do i need to get the harness and computer out of a 96 ram, and does it have to be a standard, thanks for taking the time to read this sorry again for this re asked question

You'll need either a '96 manual PCM or have your V6 PCM flashed/ reprogrammed by someone, delete the EGR from your '95 motor and you may just be able to add the two extra injector wires you'll need.
I'm sure someone will chime in if I missed something.

Unlike the above post from hemiroid I was serious.
If you keep the 5 speed (AX15) it won't last long
behind the trq. and power of a V8.

hey i found a 2006 r/t quad cab 4x4 for $16 899. i think its stock but seems a little cheap. Can someone let me know if this sounds good or too good to be true.
