 Subject: '01 signal problems

Well the frustration level is high! The turn signals and flashers went out on my '01 Quad cab so I started checking fuses and bulbs- nothing! Then the headlights started messing up, flashing very quickly from brite to dem. So I changed the whole signal switch in the steering column and removed the trailer brake wire that had been installed when I purchased it new (so every thing is back to factory). Well the headlights are fixed but still no signals or flashers! Where else can I look for the problem!
