Hey guys, hopefully you can give me some pointers on where to look.

I have a 2001 Dak, 3.9L V6, with about 100k miles. When driving with the headlights on, they will cut off for a split second as if i turned them off real fast... The tail lights ect all turn off as well. It doesn't matter if it's idling, or going down a bumpy road.

On top of that everyone once and awhile, with the lights going out, the horn will honk and the windshild wipers will activate. Also, just for a split second.

Any ideas where to start the search?

Central Timer Module controls all that.
Reseat all connections to Central Timer Module.
Behind driver side kick panel.

So, I did some additional footwork....

The parking light relay is the one that seems to be behind all the activity. You can hear it clicking, I tried swapping it with the horn relay and it does the same thing... When I pull the relay, the problems go away, but I don't have parking lights.

I'll reseat all the connections to that black box right now and hopefully that works.
