 Subject: Replaced clutch now vehicle wont start.

94 3.9 Dakota was towed in for being hard to put into gear. Replaced clutch now vehicle cranks but wont start. Fuel pressure reads 35-40. Noticed slave cylinder was leaking so I removed it and have ordered another. Scan tool shows dtc 11. I had to remove battery cables and cleaned them. The battery is being charged now. Any ideas why I am getting that code? I thought the flywheel was indexed when I reinstalled it. Is it possible I am not getting a crank signal. I see the crank signal appear to turn off on the scan tool while trying to start the vehicle. Thanks.
