 Subject: Can't put gas in fast anymore(tank prob)

Last week I took my 2005 Dakota Laramie 4x4 off road. I got
stuck once in a whole about 2 feet deep with water. Ever since
then, I cannot get air to exit my gas tank while I am filling up. It
takes 20 min just to put half a tank in. Also, when I pop my gas
cap off, I can hear a sudden vacumm being released (inside the
tank). Any suggestions????

either the Vent tube or vent hose is pinched,
bent or clogged
get under check for bends/pinches
it will be the smaller tube and hose assembly
running above or under the filler neck an hose
and get a new gas cap
