OK guys I have sanded my fiberglass/interior pieces down.

I used adhesion promoter, primer where I could and flexible primer where I needed to.

I wet sanded down the primer with 400 grit.

I sprayed my base color, then wet sanded with 800 grit

Now I may be completely wrong in these steps, but I hope I was close to what a painter who knows what the heck he is doing would have done.

So "I" think I am ready for clear coat.

Now could someone help me with the step by step of what to do?

Do I want to sand in between coats of clear? or just lay what 4-5 coats down?

Should I use low luster, satin, or high gloss? I would like it to look kind of like the exterior paint, but I would prefer more durability over the high shine.

What products do you recommend to polish the clear coat?

Where would I get these products?

Can I use an orbital buffer from Home depot/Menard's/Loews?

I know it is a lot of questions, but i thank you for you help.
