 Subject: IAS Shock install

I'm having an issue with the Front install of EB IAS shocks on my 2002 QC 4wd. It seems I can't tighten the bottom bolts to 70ft lbs. without ripping through the rubber bushing on the shock. Has anyone else had this issue? I did verify they are the correct shocks for this vehicle.

they should have come with big flat washers to put on both sides

Thanks. I only received one washer that isn't big enough. I'll go down to the local hardware and purchase a few to fit.
