i have a 97 dodge dakota and my problem in may truck is when i try too start my truck don't want to start some of the mecanics tell me thats probably the oxigen sensor but thats 2 and i don't know which one to bay the front sensor o the rear sensor ,and the mecanic also check the gas pump and the gas filter and it was ok so i don't know which sensor is it and also when i run the truck when i runing i push the gas i works good but when i turn and take off the gas and turns off i will really need somebody could tellme the problem if somebody knows

well, its more than likely your front O2 sensor, if it is your O2 sensor at all. Could be bad plugs, wires, rotor, or anything like that. If you havnt changed these things, you need to anyways. Get the front o2 sensor,but dont buy a crappy universal one, buy one that will plug right in. Universal ones suck because you have to cut the hanress and build it yourself and the seals suck and they come apart. at least that was my experience with one of them.

If you have trouble starting when cold, it cannot be the O2 sensor, as it does not get used for the first few minutes. Check fault codes.
