I have 4 Pilot off road lights that are 6 inches round, i was wondering if i bought some of the KC 130 watt bulbs, if they would be noticably brighter if i just replaced them. right now i have 100 watt bulbs but there not KC.

Not sure it would be noticeably brighter, but it would certainly put an additional 10-amp load (at 12 volts) on the electrical system.
KC or not KC, it doesn't matter: watts is watts.
If you're worried about light output, don't concern yourself so much with watts, that's just a measure of power consumed. Research the actual light output of the bulbs. LUMENS is what you want.

Yup, but this is an extra 120 watt load on the wiring and relay. You need to follow up on whether those parts can take the load, as "Zip" suggested.

Lead, follow, or get out of the way
