 Subject: Shift Sensor Location?

I have a 2002 4wd-automatic dodge dakota, w/ the v8. My service 4wd light is on, and when i comes on(which is most the time) i cant put my truck in 4wd. Also the speedo goes crazy and drops to zero pretty much everyday. Anyways i got a friend to hook my truck up to his computer and he said i needed to replace my shift sensor and my speed sensor. And since i just replaced my speed sensor about 4 mo. ago, im hopin replacing the shift sensor will fix it all. I was wondering if anyone knew where the shift sensor was located or maybe knew a site that might have some pics or some instructions. Thanks
