My good ole truck will be in the shop again for the humptenth time. Ball Joints,electrical work, and lights keep flashing on/off when on bright.
Also my radio no longer lights up.
HMMMMM, I thought these '96 modles were good trucks with that just awsome V6!! Man what power.
So its a 96' 2x4 ext cab auto with over 200K miles and still gets over 19MPG.
Still not bad.
Now that all I got to say!

I've got a problem with my Dakota also. The tires just seem to always loose their tread. Especially the rear tires. This has been an ongoing problem every since I bought the truck new. Took it to the dealer and they couldn't find anything wrong whatsoever. I've also gone to the doctor about the cramps I get in my right ankle while driving the Dakota. Do you guys and gals think the problems are somehow related?
