Not bad, not bad. Now, not to sound like an a$$hole or just being rude, but why were you riding the brake most of the time? Then on the 2nd one at the end it looked like you were just jerking the wheel back in forth. I mean, it was a great burnout, but would have rather seen you just start power-braking it and then let off the brake and roll out on it.

i could have done that and thats what i normally do but then i get too much speed and cant keep the tires spinnin that long. and at the end that it what i was doin. it kept the tires from catchin. if i had more than 265hp i would be able to to a real burnout w/out the brakes on all the time.

after wards i thought of vice grippin the rear rubber brakeline so i would only have front brakes. that would have helped out.

yeah, if you dont hold the brakes the tires heat up and you get mega traction and take off

I am sorry, but the R/Ts were not built for hauling or anything like that. These motors are tough as hell. They were built to be drove hard. I do not have to hold to brakes to make my 4.7 do burnouts like that, but I also have a 5-speed.

I don't understand why people are complaining. What a bunch of whining babies. I thought it was pretty cool. I don't really know why you kept letting off the gas though, I would have kept that bitch gunned.

maybe it was shifting, or attempting to shift and thats why he let off

jayb, it was the REV Limiter causing the engine
to go up and down. The factory programs that kind
of stuff in the systems computers so morons don't
scatter cranks, pistons, flywheels etc all over
the place then want them fixed for free!

And Shoe, clint282cc's Dakota has the same hauling
rating as any other Dakota. clint282cc just
doesn't know how to handle it. Any moron can
treat em like he does.
