Cool, just remember duration (overall and at 0.050") is also slightly increased.
Often there is clearance but some of the newer engines are made so close that there might not be.

The change in duration is pretty small, like 1-2*.

The stock cam is pretty weak in both areas - not much lift or duration. So any improvement is noticable.

JJJ is exactly right. It's a ratio, not an exact measurement. Notice I said one side is 1.7 "measures" of the other. I didn't actually measure mine before installing, so I can't say if it was 1" or not. A Ford 1.6 rocker arm measures about 7/8" on the short side.

well i did measure mine. and it is 1" on the short side and 1.7/1.6 on the long.
