I was getting P0203, then it added P0174 to it.
I ran B12 chemtool injector cleaner on a few tanks, and reset it. After a few days, now it only throws P 0174, which is the a lean injector bank. I guess the P0203 - #3 injector stuck oopen is working within normal limits now.
How can I fix this P0174?

could be from the O2 sensor on that bank.

I thought of that, but I figured it would have thrown a code for a faulty O2 sensor. ?

Do you still have the cat, with a sensor before and after, so it could monitor itself to detect that ? Sometimes the O2 sensors going bad can set other codes anyway.
