Your going to pay $500 to go tire kicking? If you weren't serious about buying the truck you shouldn't have bid, PERIOD! Unless there is some glaring flaw with the truck (IE: no engine, they stated it runs and the engine or transmission is dead, MAJOR body damage that isn't pictured) you are the new owner of the truck!
Ebay states...

WOW! Another person with the reading comprehension level of an 8 year old! DSW, go back and read my previous messages. Never said anything about tire kicking, I'm buying the truck unless there are major undisclosed problems. Duh!
