my 02 quad cab the left blinker flashes really fast, the front and rear bulb still work, the right is fine, i know they flash fast when a bulb burns out but thats not the case any advise????

check your grounds. Make sure that they are all good and there is no broken wires. You can ground a light through another light which will increase the resistance and that will increase the blink speed.
