Subject: 2001 Dakota TKO for sale

Message:
This one-of-a-kind custom street truck has been my pride for the last 6 years. I ordered it new from the factory and I've enjoyed it immensely, but I'm itching to start another project so it's time to let someone new experience the one-and-ONLY Dakota TKO.

Drivetrain: 4.7L overhead cam V-8, custom-installed Tremec TKO500 5-speed trans, 3.55:1 limited-slip diff. Originally an automatic, this trans was installed in 2006. It is made for cars like the Mustang GT and has sports car gear ratios as opposed to truck gearing, and has a very tall overdrive 5th gear, Centerforce clutch, and a Hurst shifter. Also features cold-air intake, Gibson cat-back exhaust exiting at the rear.

Factory features: Power steering/brakes/windows/locks/mirrors, tilt wheel, A/C, cruise control, bucket seats w/ center console.

Other custom features: Smoothed/color-matched door & tailgate handles, factory fender flares, custom-tinted taillights w/hidden LED's, LED front parking/turn signals, color-matched lower front fascia and grille w/one-of-a-kind trim, color-matched steel rollpan w/ custom exhaust cutout, color-matched SS power mirrors (much smaller than the factory giants), factory-matched “TKO” emblems on doors and tailgate, unique aluminum folding tonneau cover, BedRug bed cover, rosewood interior kit, 18” deep-dish rims, Nitto NT404 255/55/18 tires (2 are brand new), Hotchkis 2/4 lowered suspension (coils and leaf springs... NO cheap shackle kit here!)

Electronics: Clarion DTF AM/FM/CD/MP3 head unit w/ steering wheel controls, 6-disc CD changer, Kenwood equalizer w/ subwoofer controls, 2 Profile Clarus amps (50w x 4, 200w mono), Infinity Kappa speakers (separates in front), MTX Thunderform subwoofer enclosure hidden under rear seat (2 x 10 MTX subs), Viper alarm system w/ integrated keyless entry and custom red/blue “police-car-style” LED's.

There are MINOR cosmetic flaws consistent with a daily driver @ 110k, but still looks real good, and runs/drives great, too.

Shown by appointment, I will ask that you be prepared to provide proof of financial ability. I ask this not to be rude, but my time is very limited, and I've spent way too much of it showing this truck to people who can't actually afford it. Sorry if this offends you, but that's the reality.
If a deal is struck, I will also ask that the final transaction of funds and title be completed at my bank – for both our safety.

The price is $11,400 and is not open to negotiation, nor am I interested in any kind of trades. I've got at least $30,000 into this truck and all things considered, it is well worth the price. You will not see another Dakota like this one.... anywhere.

Direct contact is best: 541-223-3522 or moveoneboxes@yahoo.com and please leave a message.
