what fuse number is the pcm fuse on a 99 kota r/t. I was told that is how you reset it and not to diconnect the battery because that don't work.

Disconnect the battery.
Push down brake pedal.
Hold ingition switch at START position for 5 to 10 seconds.
Reconnect battery.
