You don't need a new hood or fenders, they're the same as the second gen. You just need the grille, headlight buckets and bumper. Oh, and head lights. The easiest way is to swap rad supports for a second gen and it'll all bolt up.

Fenders are the same, but while very close, the hoods are different.

Have a 94 Dodge Dakota, want to install glass halogen lights-do away with the plastic Xenon bulb lights-what do I need? Is there a conversion kit or do I get headlight buckets from 90 or earlier Dakota, the plastic is all obscured from heat of the sun-yellowed-and I prefer the old glass lights!!!!
