trying to change rad fluid, how do u do it, can't seem to see a drain plug. 2001 dakota 4.7 4x4

It's on the drivers side of the radiator, near the bottom. You'll see a loop of rubber hose near the valve. It doesn't look like a standard old fashioned petcock, it looks more like the knob on my dishwasher.
