I went to walmart and bought some torq drivers.It's easy after that,Pop your hood and look at your lights you'll see the screws to adjust on the side and the top..

2tone, you were clear and daks reply was on the money...there are torx head screws on the sides of the headlight...By turning them, it will move the light up and down and side to side..
