My buddy has a 95 chrysler sebring that has the engine check light on. I can't seem to locate the computer connection? Does any of you possibly know where to loacte it? I have a 96 dakota obd2 and it is under the dash. I think that 95 was pre obd2 but still should have a port somewhere? Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance!

The one on my old 95 dakota was located under the hood. Check along the firewall at the wiring harness connections.

95 was the cut off year, OBDII was required in 1996 but some manufactures were using OBDII before 1996. My wife's old 95 mustang was OBDII but my 95 dakota was not.

Jay this is a sebring Coupe? these are Mitsubishi cars built by diamond-star for chrysler.the diag port is in one of two spots. most likely above the gas pedal there are two connectors next to eachother one is power the other diag to the controller we needed a special harness for the DRBIII to adapt to these cars. the other spot they can be found is by the fuse panel on the left corner on the drivers side firewall. if your scan tool has an external power connector for 12 volts you should be able to read codes using just the diag port connector. let me know how you make out
