Just because I'm not paying yearly doesn't mean I didn't pay for a membership in the past...btw...I switched over to the "Lifetime Membership" rather than the annual membership, as many of us did.
Whether I joined in 2004, 2005, or 2006 makes no difference. Regardless, I paid for a membership and that money was put towards alleviating the costs of running the site and helping to keep it free for you all. I run a few different websites, none are nearly as large as this one, and I spend a couple hundred bucks a year just to keep them running. Not to mention the hundreds, if not thousands, of hours I've spent creating the sites, keeping them updated, etc. Any money I get from my site's members is EXTREMELY helpful in paying for keeping the site up. I can't imagine what Mark's bill is to keep this site online but I know for a fact if he didn't have paying members (regardless of whether they paid once or pay yearly) and site sponsors, there's no way in hell this site would be free for everyone. Heck, it prolly wouldn't exist at all.

The boards like Dakota-Durango.com uses use what's called BBcode to post images. This site doesn't use BBcode, but on most days HTML will work (unless some idiot decides to spam up the boards with useless HTML codes).
To post pics you just type this into your message:
<img src="url of your photo.jpg">
Or say if you wanted to post a link to something:
<a href="url of the link you want to post">link text -- I usually just make it the same as the url</a>
