 Subject: distributer cap

hey all,
Yesterday I desided to check my engine area (the basics, oil, water, plugs, etc) however when it came time to check the dist cap I cant seem to get it off. This will be the first time I have done this to this truck (got it in feb of this year). I see the screw/nut, however it wont turn using the screw dirver and the socket that fits seems to slip off. I don't apear to be rounding the nut, am I missing a vital step here or something. Any help would be great. By the way the truck is a 1994 v-8, w/AC, 5 spd. Thanks

No friend, I think it simply screws in normally..you have two of them on that cap. Keep after it, it could be stubborn if it has been on for a long time.
