 Subject: Replacing tail light bulb

2001 Dak QC. Apologies for the low-tech post but looking for a little guidance. It appears the only access for replacing the bulb is from underneath, just behind the rear bumper- correct? Is it a single bulb? Appreciate the help.

Open the tailgate and look on the side of the bed. There is a T-20 or T-25 torqx bit that lets you take off the taillight cover for taillight replacement.
