 Subject: exhaust project: what you think?

Hi
i finally got my exhaust system planned:
jba shorty headers
jba y-pipe (ends with 2")
magnaflow high flow cat 2" In/Out
dynomax super turbo 1 2,5" In/ 2 2,5" out
both pipes will end behind the right rear wheel
i still have a few questions:
1) what to do with the o2 sensors: is there a special pipe requierd with a socket or can i just drill a hohle in the pipe and place the sensor there?
2) Are there any clearance problems when i run 2 pipes over the right rear axle?
