remember, you may have some of the symptoms, but not all of them, if your abs light comes on, your horn may still work. If my light came, it would come on when I took right had turns.

Hmmm, sounds like if I start to see erratic things happenning I might as well just go ahead and replace the clockspring. How much are we talking for one of those bad boys?

I also have the same problem. My ABS and Brake light came on for 3 days now. No specific pattern though. Usually after about 15 mins of driving it will come on, sometimes sooner. The ABS do not work, as i have tested out. Earlier on my way home from work as usuall they came on. I pulled over to turn my truck off so that the lights wouldnt come on and my check engine light came on. I went through the code process and got the code P0700. Anybody have any idea whats going on?
Thanks

P0700: EATX Controller DTC Present - This SBEC III or JTEC DTC indicates that the EATX or
Aisin controller has an active fault and has illuminated the MIL via a CCD (EATX) or SCI (Aisin) message. The specific fault must be acquired from the EATX via CCD or from the Aisin via ISO-9141.

This is from the service manual. I couldn't find out what 'EATX' stands for. Maybe it's the ABS controller, and they're saying you need to read the code from the controller itself?

BTW - my lights haven't come back on again/yet??!??
