 Subject: Ram Air Hoods?

My Brother purchased a Keystone Good Hood about
half a year ago... The hood actually blows air into the
engine bay.... but the air intake system only picks up on
the corner by the headlamp of course which makes the
hood kinda worthless.... My Brothers Dakota is a 3.9
liter, 2003..... I know that they have a ram air box for
the 5.2 and 5.9 but I haven't found if they have a 3.9 air
box... I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a air
box for the 3.9 and if there isn't... what they did to
connect the outlet for the hood scoops to the inlet for
the intake... thanks soo much for any help!

I would say call goodhoods and ask for a 3.9 box, or if an 4.7 box could'nt be modified for the purpose. If you can't find anything you can always bend some custom sheet for a filterbox.

look at summit and get a shaker hood
1990 sport RC SB, 1995 318drivetrain, 3.92 gears (came with truck) 95 dash/steering wheel, hearthrob exhaust, headers, cutout after y-pipe, necessary electric fan add-a-leafs, 30x9.5 mud tires, cranked T-bars, AR 39 15x8 rims, grill guard, roll bars
