Shatto: It does. I had a 83 Toy. I had a cheapy paint job put on it before I sold it. "1 Day Paint and Body" told me they would throw a light paint job over the bed. So I took my plastic liner out and there wasn't any paint where the liner made contact with the bed. Thus rust where there was no paint. The vibration between the liner and the bed from going down the road after alot of years wears off the paint.
No vibration from a spray in. Actually makes less vibration. Especially were the tailgate and the bed meet.
